Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At Get Stretch’d Fishing & Sporting Apparel, we design and deliver premium gear built to perform. If something’s not right, you’ll know the moment you open the bag — and we expect you to let us know just as quickly so we can make it right.

This policy applies to all purchases made through getstretchedinc.com.au.

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or error.

Once confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund your item — whichever resolves the issue fastest.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items.

2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, or buyer’s remorse.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Where a return is accepted under this policy or under law, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • With all original tags still attached.
  • In the original packaging, where applicable.
  • Free from deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair, or odours.

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For approved faulty or incorrect items: We pay return shipping.

For any other returns required under law: You pay return shipping.

We may request photos before approving a return to avoid unnecessary postage delays.

5. Product Warranty / Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every stitch, seam, and print in our gear.

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusions: General wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or modifications are not covered.
  • Proof: You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos for assessment.
  • Process: If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund — whichever gets you back in action fastest.

6. Pricing Errors

We take care to ensure pricing is accurate across all channels.

If a typographical error, system fault, or human mistake results in an incorrect price being displayed:

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order placed at the incorrect price.

If payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.

7. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return or claim.
  • Clear photos of the item and any fault.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
